Features

The Mikolo Fitness LAT and Lift Pulley System is a versatile and convenient dual cable machine that offers two exercise modes and detachable handles. By changing the connection ways between the hoist buckle and the high-strength alloy cable, you can get two functional exercise modes: Pull down and Lift up. The detachable handle allows you to freely change the attachment you want, including a Straight Bar and Tricep Rope.

Components

The system comes with breakingproof ball design of the cable and heavy-duty alloy buckle to prevent the rope from breaking and provide adequate protection. The included professional gym cable attachment, Straight Bar and Tricep Rope, allows you to train biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back. The upgraded loading pin with a barbell clamp can fit standard or Olympic weight plates, with a maximum weight load of up to 280 lb.

The system includes 70-inches and 90-inches high-strength sheathed cables, providing more cable length options to meet your needs. The cables maintain strength, durability, and smooth running. The silent pulley is made of special heavy-duty steel, ensuring no extra noise during operation.

Assembly and Portability

The LAT and Lift Pulley System is easy to assemble, requiring only a few minutes to set up. Simply thread the loading pin through the central hole of a weight plate and connect the sections. The system can connect to power cages, pull-up bars, beams, and any place where the hanging strap can be installed.
